The scene above happened to me a LOTs of time with some of the local banks/telcos etc. Talks about customer service and user experience, huh?

Every month, I have (baca: paksa rela) to make a call to this one particular bank in the States. Bayar cc. Tak banyak, cumanya since I own a student cc, interest jadi very minimal. So, tak kisah sangat.

Bila dail je nombor diaorang, within 10 seconds dah dapat cakap dengan their customer personnel. Seminit je dah selesai semuanya. Ini baru GREAT user experience. Tak ada kena tunggu lama sambil dipaksa dengar lagu yang tah apa2 tu…
