What is Procrastination?
Procrastination is putting off or avoiding doing something that must be done. It is natural to procrastinate occasionally.

However, excessive procrastination can result in guilt feelings about not doing a task when it should be done. It can also cause anxiety since the task still needs to be done.

We all are good super when it comes to procrastination. Things that can be done now, esok baru nak buat etc. Kira biasa tu…

My own way around it? I don’t think, I just do it…

My eureka moment was sometime ago while watching one of the Terminator flicks (tak ingat lak yang mana satu).

We all know that robot don’t have emotions and feelings. They’ll just do what is instructed to them. In a nutshell, they don’t think, they just execute it…

Huhu, that’s my eureka moment. Sounds silly maybe, but it works for me…
