5-star service…

During the last KL Book Fair, due to Cik Novelis’s tight schedule with her publication house, we decided to stay at 2 of the hotels located adjacent to the hall; a week apart.

One is just a few steps away from the hall which seriously we totally loike while the other one required us to walk a bit since it’s located across the road…

Our verdict? We prefer the latter. Reason being, simply for its 5-star treatment. Their services were second to none, compared to the other one (btw, to make matter worst, we paid more for their room)…

From the bell boys who helped to carry our bags, the friendly concierge who stamped our parking ticket, to the front desk receptionist who did their best to get us our room (they were fully booked that day), we’re blown away with their services…

They even got people attending the lifts…

Seriously, good service can go a long way…
